NAIARA ARMENDÁRIZ
Naiara was born and raised in Argentina, where she trained as a singer, ethnomusicologist and dancer. Her artistic and pedagogical approach focuses on the essential link between voice and movement, two expressions that feed off and enrich each other in her practice. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a deep connection with the traditional and popular music of diverse cultures, exploring the social, historical and cultural contexts that give rise to them.
Her work focuses on researching, sharing and disseminating, through song and dance, those cultural expressions that evoke collective feeling and life in harmony with nature, understood as an indivisible whole.
Her work has been presented in workshops, courses, collaborative projects and concerts, taking her art to countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Switzerland, Portugal, France and Spain.

My name is Else Lejamtel, I have been practising Ayurvedic massage since 2012.
My years of experience have allowed me to develop my listening, my sensitivity, my perception, my intuition and my presence.
My practice has to do with the desire to help people find a connection with their body. Massage is an opportunity to listen deeply to oneself, because it allows deep relaxation. And this state of relaxation allows you to enter into a different perception of yourself. And thus improve body awareness and self-knowledge. Giving the body back its place as a guide, as a compass. The body is also the place where, among other things, memories and traumas are stored. Massage allows you to connect with your memories and help you to release them. Generally speaking, this will help to strengthen self-confidence and self-esteem.
An exploration through conscious touch to rediscover sensoriality, sensuality, contact with your skin, with your emotions, with your blockages, your knots, your memories.
